Karishma Kumari, a lovely girl from Bihar, is 12 years old and in the seventh grade. She was living a normal life with her family until a tragedy struck. While playing with her friends, she met with a severe accident. Her foot had been seriously wounded, and she had been having trouble walking since then. Even as a laborer, her father, Vimlesh Kumar, went to great lengths to ensure that she had adequate treatment.
However, none of the doctors were willing to accept the assurance of improvement. Then after, they learned about Narayan Seva Sansthan via a family member of one of their relatives who had a successful surgery here as well. Her father quickly rushed her here, and her surgery was done on February 18th. She is now healing nicely from the Ilizarov technique of treatment. Her next operation is scheduled for the end of March. She wants to be a social worker after seeing the various services and work done here. We will do everything we can to ensure that she achieves all of her aspirations.
